Payment
If you’re experiencing issues with your payment, please check that your card details are correct, your card has not expired, and there are sufficient funds. If the problem persists, contact our customer service team.

We accept upto 150 Currencies, all payments are processed in [Your Currency], but your bank may convert the payment at its exchange rate.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to change the address. Contact our team as soon as possible, and we’ll try to assist you.

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days after cancellation, and it may take 5 to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your account.
Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy for damaged products, and 90 days for unopened, sealed items.
Yes, as long as the product seal remains intact, you can return it within 90 days for a refund or exchange.
Products with opened or damaged seals, personal hygiene items, and certain customized products cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the return, and the amount will appear in your account within 5 to 10 working days.
Delivery
We offer Standard Delivery (2–4 days) and Premium Next-Day Delivery for a small additional fee.
Yes, we offer free Standard Delivery on orders over £30.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your delivery.
If you’re not available, the courier may leave the package with a neighbor or attempt redelivery. Check your tracking link for more details.
Order Issues & Resolutions
Contact our customer service team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure all items were shipped together. If something is missing, contact us for assistance.
Pre-orders & Issues with Orders
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page.
Contact us right away, and we will arrange to correct the order at no additional cost.
Faulty Items & Repairs
If your item is faulty, please contact us within 15 days for a replacement or refund.
If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it, depending on the issue.
