My son’s favourite part is turning the “radio” switch off and on so he can dance to the music. He has another busy board but this is the only one that plays sounds. He loves it

I did not look at dimensions when ordering and expected it to be larger, but it’s about 8.25 inches long with a 5.5 inches height and over 1 inch deep. The size is good for travel to bring in a vehicle or plane. Easily fits in a diaper bag! Regardless, the dimensions shown were fairly accurate and on me for not checking it before ordering so does not affect my review. Despite it’s small size, it’s actually a cool busy board. My daughter is still too young to use so I had my 5 year old test it out with me and he found it fun. It takes 2 AA batteries which is reasonable. To turn it on, you have to use the key and “turn the engine on” which is fun and accurate just like a car (at least the cars that still have keys vs just fobs). You can take the key out after you start it, you jusy need to place it back it to turn it off. That is a bit of a downside since kids may not actually turn it off, or it’s harder for kids to turn off themselves which will drain the batteries faster. But I like the accuracy in it’s comparison to a car because it’s fun. There are a couple different types of buttons/switches/knobs which is cool. The steering wheel moves, and my favorite part is that the turning signals actually work! I did not expect them to at all. The headlights can be dimmed/brightened as well. The level indicators for gas, speed and RPMs are manually adjustable. The shifter knob is movable but a bit flimsy and honestly I am not sure how long that will hold up, but everything else seems pretty durable. I wanted a bigger toy, but this one is still really fun and great for kids. Makes a good gift idea and/or good for travel. Some accurate features.

More than just a toy, this is an educational learning tool designed to inspire growth through play. Teaching children becomes easier and more effective with toys, which is why I especially appreciate Montessori-style designs. Crafted from natural wood with a smooth finish, it is both reliable and safe. Its lightweight, portable design makes it perfect for on-the-go entertainment, including car journeys. Educational, durable, and supportive of independent play, this is an excellent product that I highly recommend for its many benefits.

We got this busy board for our 2-year-old nephew, and it’s been a total win. The LED switches light up, which keeps him super engaged, and the whole thing is great for building motor skills and curiosity. It’s made of wood, feels sturdy, and is small enough to bring on trips.

This is a fantastic gift for any young boy or girl, designed to spark imagination and provide hours of engaging fun. With a variety of switches, knobs, and levers to twist and push—along with a steering wheel—children can explore interactive features that respond with LED lights and sound effects. The bright, vibrant colors draw little ones into their own imaginative play world, while the busy board’s size is generous yet perfectly manageable for toddlers.
Notably, this toy is completely screen-free, yet it keeps children fully engrossed in creative and independent play. Combining entertainment, learning, and durability, it offers incredible value for money.

This car dashboard-style busy board is a huge hit with my toddler! It looks just like a mini steering wheel setup—complete with buttons, switches, knobs, and even turn signals. My child loves pretending to “drive” like mom and dad, and it keeps them entertained for long stretches. The sounds and lights are fun without being too loud or overwhelming, and it’s a great way for them to explore sensory play and practice fine motor skills. The materials feel sturdy and safe, and the size is perfect for lap or tabletop play. Definitely a great gift for curious little ones who love cars!

bought this busy board for my 6 month old, and it has been a HUGE hit! It’s packed with fun car-like features—steering wheel, horn, gear shifter, ignition key, and even realistic sounds. My little one feels like they’re “driving” just like mommy and daddy, which makes playtime so much more exciting. The build quality is solid, and everything is securely attached (a big plus for safety!).

This busy board was a huge hit with my toddler! It’s packed with interactive switches, lights, buttons, and sounds that keep little hands and curious minds totally engaged. The steering wheel and gear shift are especially fun, and my child loves pretending to “drive” while flipping all the different switches. The only thing I will have to say is that it’s a lot smaller than expected.

Bright, colorful, and highly engaging, this toy is made from environmentally friendly, renewable resources. My son absolutely loves it!
[...]Evie Campbell –
This one’s a winner. It is kind of small. You’ll see in my pictures that it’s about 9 in x 6 in, so keep it that in mind it’s about the size of a board book. It does need two AAA batteries that do not come with the board. It’s made of a solid piece of wood and has toggle switches and buttons for toddlers to manipulate. The lights light up, it makes a lot of cool noises, kids will get a lot of sensory input from this. Especially your little kids who really love cars and to pretend they’re doing stuff with their parents. I could see this going into a car seat or a backseat a child so that they could pretend to play in the car. The steering wheel moves back and forth, and there’s a turn signal that turns lights on the top up. Sometimes. If you aren’t careful, the turn signal will slip out of the switch that it needs to actuate in order to turn on. But it’s a really easy fix you just kind of slide it back in.
