We accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damaged product, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Unopened Products
If your product is unused and the seal is intact, you can return it within 15 days of purchase. Products with opened or damaged seals are not eligible for a return under this policy.
How to Return a Product?

Package the item
Carefully repackage the item, including all original packaging, tags, and any accessories that came with the product.
Return Shipping

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. If your return is approved:
The refund will be processed within 5 working days. You will receive the refund in your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days after processing, depending on your bank or card provider.
